in connection with the introduction of the National e-invoice system (KSeF) in the Polish tax system from 1.02.2026, once you confirm an order and thus once we issue an invoice, it is no longer possible to modify it. Subsequent cancellations of part or all of the order are not possible. In this case, the only remaining possibility is that, in the case of cancellation, you return the goods by sending them back to us at your own expense.

U. z 2023 r. poz. 1790) działając w imieniu AJS Parts sp. z o.o. sp.k.  z siedzibą w Warszawie pod adresem: ul. Racławicka 154 / 19, 02-117 Warszawa, wpisanej do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla Miasta Stołecznego Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0000334859, REGON: 141966383, NIP: 7010195428 (dalej: Spółka) oświadczam, iż w dn. 22 lipca 2025 r. Spółka uzyskała status dużego przedsiębiorcy, tj. przedsiębiorcy niebędącego mikroprzedsiębiorcą, małym przedsiębiorcą ani średnim przedsiębiorcą zgodnie z definicją zawartą w załączniku I do rozporządzenia Komisji (UE) nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznającego niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w zastosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187 z dnia 26 czerwca 2014 r.).

Hereby, pursuant to Article 4c of the Act of 8 March 2013 on Counteracting Excessive Delays in Commercial Transactions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1790), acting on behalf of AJS Parts sp. z o.o. sp.k.  with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Racławicka 154 / 19, 02-117 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000334859, REGON: 141966383, NIP: 7010195428 (hereinafter: the Company) I hereby declare that on 22 July 2025 the Company obtained the status of a large enterprise, i.e. an enterprise which is not a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise as defined in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ EU L 187 of 26 June 2014).
